She is continually learning through continuing education to better serve each patient. She has advanced training in treating dizziness (vestibular rehabilitation) and balance impairments. Jessica also provides evidence-based manual therapies, such as Functional Dry Needling, joint mobilization and manipulation, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She is an expert at restoring functional movement and prescribing effective therapeutic exercises. She excels in orthopedic care and is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS). Jessica has greatly enjoyed her career as a Physical Therapist since graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2012. Her primary goal is to help maximize quality of life and functional mobility by tailoring each patient’s treatment plan specifically to their needs. Vashti is dedicated to optimizing health and wellness in individuals of all ages. She continues to advance her skills via continuing education courses in hopes of better guiding and assisting her clients in their rehab journeys. Over the last five years, Vashti has developed a passion for women’s health, working with women across the lifespan, to address complex issues like pelvic and low back pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pregnancy care and postpartum recovery. She has also worked alongside a team of providers dedicated to cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema management. She has worked in several different rehab facilities primarily treating various orthopedic and chronic pain conditions. Vashti received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2013. It is Amanda's belief that each patient presentation and treatment interventions are unique. Amanda has taken continuing education training in the Mulligan and Maitland techniques, TMJ disorders, cervicalgia and headache disorders as well as Upledger craniosacral therapy and is a Hesch Sacroiliac Practitioner (HSP). Amanda is an ImPACT concussion trained physical therapist and has dual certifications in Vestibular and Concussion therapy through the American Institute of Balance (AIB-VR/CON). Amanda has a strong background in manual therapy and the treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. In the clinic, Amanda uses skills she gained working for nationally top-ranked rehabilitation facilities and the skills she continues to develop through rigorous continuing education training. She continues to stay active through cycling and riding her horse Chinook. Since graduating Amanda has trained for and completed three full marathons. During her time at Ursinus College Amanda was a NCAA track and field athlete. Amanda got her bachelors in science degree from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA in 2007. Amanda graduated magna cum laude with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2010.
